We are so excited for another year of Kids Church!!!!  The children have been such a blessing.  We thank God for giving us the honor and privilege of working with them!

Isaiah 43:18-19 says, “Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing.”  God was reminding His people through the prophet Isaiah about all of the things He had done for them.  He made a way for them through the waters, He delivered them from the Egyptians, yet God tells them to forget all that because He will do a new thing!  This verse is perfect for our church!  We thank God for all the blessings we’ve had in the past and now He is doing something new.  It is starting right here in KIDS Church!

Children are not the church of tomorrow; they are the church of today!  Their faith is so sincere and genuine, that when they pray, surely God hears them!  We call on all parents to help pray for Emmanuel KIDS; that this ministry would grow and minister not only to your children but to the children in the community!  Children will learn the Word of God, how to pray, build a strong foundation in Jesus and learn how to share the gospel to others with love!  They are the next leaders, not only for our church but the community surrounding us!  Let us come together and pray that God would protect them and use them for His glory!

What’s New? Starting in November, parents are required to register their children outside the KIDS Church room every Sunday morning.  Registration opens 15 minutes before each service.  This is important because we do not want you to worry about your children’s safety during service times.  It will also allow teachers and parents to know each other better.  Children will gather together in the KIDS Room and we will begin with praise & worship followed by a devotion.  Then the children will go to their classrooms for Bible lesson & activities.

Mark your calendars; December 21st will be our Christmas Presentation!  Stay tuned, more details to follow.   I will be downstairs to meet with you on Sunday morning!  If you have any questions, please feel free to speak with me!   I am excited for what God has in store!

In His Service,

Sandy Spagnolo
